Key duties of the Parts Advisor role:
9. Providing expert advice and excellent customer service to both trade and retail customers
10. Managing parts sales and stock levels efficiently
11. Processing orders accurately and promptly
12. Offering technical support and guidance on vehicle parts
13. Liaising effectively with workshop and service departments
14. Maintaining records and updating relevant systems to ensure accuracy
Requirements for the Parts Advisor role:
15. Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within a similar role
16. Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and parts systems
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
18. Bi-lingual German speaking is essential
19. Good organisation and attention to detail
20. Ability to work well within a team and independently
21. A customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
