The RoleThe successful candidate will:* Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for Early Years pupils* Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment* Support children's social, emotional and academic development* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and families* Contribute to the positive, community-focused ethos of the schoolThe Successful Candidate Will Have:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)* A strong understanding of Early Years practice and child development* A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to teaching young children* Excellent communication and teamwork skills* A commitment to fostering strong relationships with families and the wider communityNewly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) are warmly encouraged to apply.
