Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice was founded on the principle that healthcare gets better when people get better care at home – the place where they feel best.
We are currently recruiting for a compassionate Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to reliably serve our hospice patients throughout Philadelphia, Cheltenham, Wyncote, Abington, Glenside areas in PA. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll use your clinical skills and compassionate heart to treat patients where they want to be the most – in the comfort of their own home. Your responsibilities will include:
* Activities of daily living
* Light housekeeping
* Bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
* Range of motion / exercises
* Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
* Oral feeding
* Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
* Assisting with ambulation
* Medication assistance
Qualifications
* Have at least one year of work experience as a CNA/HHA
* Have successfully completed a recognized Home Health Aide training course and be certified to work as a Home Health Aide
* Have a criminal background check completed
* Meet all state requirements

* Ability to travel to cases as assigned
