HGV Class 2 Driver – Day Shift
We are currently recruiting a reliable HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Driver to join our team on a day shift basis.
Role Details:
Monday to Friday
Plus 1 Saturday per month
07:30 start time
£14.50 per hour/£15.50 overtime rate
10-hour shifts (including break)
10–15 drops per day
Multi-drop pallet deliveries
Occasional handballing required (some loads can be heavy)
Overtime availableThe Work:
You will be delivering pallets to multiple locations each day. This is hands-on, multi-drop work, so a good level of physical fitness is required. Most deliveries are straightforward, but flexibility and a positive attitude are essential.
Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Previous multi-drop experience preferred
Good knowledge of drivers’ hours and road regulations
