This role is all about impact. With a focus on external - customers and stakeholders alike, you will support us to evolve what we do, how we do it, and ensure we always focus on why we do it to maximise the impact we have for our communities.

You'll help us tell the story too, ensuring the impact we make is celebrated and shared with our customer, colleagues and partners across all our areas of operation - ensuring Acis is known for the impact we make, positioned as a leader in the sectors we work in and that we're ready for growth. That's why you'll have a love for words, an appreciation for numbers and an even greater energy to bring the two together to tell our story to those who need to know it.

Through leading our projects you'll ensure they connect to each other, to achieving our vision, and most importantly delivering for our customers. In this area you'll strive to provide creative solutions to challenging problems, deliver pace, energy and enthusiasm, ensuring we provide excellent services, a brilliant customer experience and foster strong relationships along the way.

As an Evolution and Impact Manager, a typical day might include:

* With support from the Director for Community Investment and Head of Business Development, develop external growth and positioning messaging, with clear targets and developing and delivering a strategy and plans for engagement, ensuring it positions us as we change.
* Overseeing the implementation and management of large-scale projects, ensuring strong governance, accountability and reporting is in place - providing assurance to group and the Board
* Leading change across the organisation to drive a culture that delivers high standards for our customers and ensuring the organisation continues to grow, improve and fit the needs of our customers
* Instilling the Acis way and high standards of customer experience across everything we do. Building the Group's reputation and brand with customers and stakeholders.
* Developing our customer experience and strategic plans - ensuring we listen to our customers and get them involved to find better ways of working at all times
* Take the organisation on the journey with you as we grow, helping our colleagues to understand the strategic fit across the group and the impact we are making within our communities - you'll find a way to deliver the right message in the right way
* Own our impact reporting, including ESG annual report, value for money and impact statements. And delivering tactics with the communications team to get the messages seen - ensuring these position us for growth and success.
* Own relationships with researchers and data partners, including our own for tenant insight, wider sector-based researchers and those engaged through Campus for Future Living to ensure we are engaged with insightful and thought leading insight pieces. Lead on research that helps us gain valuable insight or drive new ideas that will generate social return, and use these to help engage, communicate and deliver our messages externally
* Owning our Social Value reporting across the group, ensuring we capture, maximise and can talk about the impact we make everyday for our communities.

* You understand growth comes from a reputation of delivering quality services with care, ensuring customer experience remains a top priority at all times. But you have one eye on how we can develop new services to provide an even bigger impact for our communities.
* You understand the importance of telling the story, you are proud of the impact we make in our communities and can't wait to share it with others.
* Evidencable experience of embedding culture, change and excellent customer experience across complex group structures
* You love to ask "why", channelling your inner five-year-old, and this is closely followed by "how" and "what next?" You're here to ensure we understand what the numbers tell us and what that means for us.
* Stakeholder engagement or reputation management will be things you've done extensively, but leading, defining and driving these at pace, with constantly changing priorities due to external factors will come naturally to you.
* Confident in reporting and presenting to executive leaders and our group board
* Able to prepare high level reports detailing performance against, delivery and outcome-based targets
* Strong project management skills ensuring innovative and evolutionary projects are delivered on time and to budget - providing governance, leadership and support throughout
* Your target driven with a strategic focus on how to get there. You're not afraid to admit when something's not working and you'll think outside the box to find the solution - but you won't stop until you have found what works
* A relationship builder at heart. You need to be comfortable being out and about in the business, working with people at all levels to gather information. Persuasiveness will be your hidden skill and being comfortable in challenging are all essential in this role.
* Storytelling, report writing, presenting numbers and analysis in different ways will be bread and butter to you. But you're just as comfortable verbally presenting reports to executive and senior leaders, and board committees.

What will make you stand out from the crowd:

* Expert user of Excel- you'll need this to ensure accurate date, an efficient approach to reporting and an ability to communicate findings in a clear yet comprehensive way.
* Political engagement at all levels
* Marketing background or qualifications - with evidencable experience of it in action. You'll be working with our corporate communications team to get our plans into action so it would be amazing if you can 'talk the talk'.
* An analytical mindset, with a strategic outlook. You need the ability to bring multiple data reports together to paint a fully informed and rounded picture.
* Experience of housing, education or care sectors would be beneficial
