Job Description
Key responsibilities of the PA to Directors include:
3. Manage the Directors diaries, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
4. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
5. Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
6. Coordinate meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
7. Maintain organised filing systems for both electronic and physical records.
8. Support the Director's with financial and administrative tasks as needed.
9. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries to the Directors.
10. Assist with the planning and execution of events or special projects when required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful PA to Directors will have:
11. Prior experience in a PA/EA position.
12. Experience within the educational industry is highly desirable.
13. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
16. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
17. An ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
