Hours of Work:16 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 10:00 - 18:00 * Support with personal care. * Domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, gardening etc. * Supporting people we support to access the community - shopping, walking or using public transport, leisure activities in and around Hatfield or further afield. * Follow care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding policies to ensure support is carried out appropriately. * Plan and follow menus and timetables. * Take responsibility for managing petty cash. * Write daily notes documenting routines and activities that have been undertaken and highlighting any concerns. * Attendance at team meetings, appraisals and supervision sessions is also a necessary part of the role.
