A fast-growing, tech-enabled mortgage challenger is looking for a Senior Proposition Manager to join their mission-driven team. You’ll need current/recent experience in a Proposition or Product Management role gained in the Financial Services space. You will need some experience working with MORTGAGE products
About the Role
You’ll be the strategic mind behind product positioning and performance. You’ll analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to ensure the mortgage proposition is always one step ahead. This is a high-impact role where your insights will directly influence product development and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver competitor and market intelligence to inform product strategy
* Analyse customer data and product performance to identify opportunities
* Manage and optimise broker sourcing systems
* Lead the delivery of product changes and ensure business readiness
* Support the development of new mortgage products tailored to later-life customers
What You’ll Bring
* You’ll need current/recent experience in a Proposition, Product Strategy or Product Management role (essential) gained in Financial Services
* Experience in the mortgage or lending space (essential)
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Experience in data analysis
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
