Trevose Golf Club is seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen brigade. Set against the stunning backdrop of Constantine Bay, this is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in a high-performing, professional kitchen environment.
About the Role:
As Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth daily operations, consistently high food standards, and team development. You’ll contribute to menu creation, uphold compliance, and lead by example across all aspects of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support during service to ensure quality and consistency
* Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards
* Assist with seasonal, customer-focused menu development
* Mentor and train junior chefs; support recruitment and onboarding
* Manage stock levels and supplier relationships
* Oversee due diligence and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 5 years' experience in professional kitchens (3+ at Chef de Partie level or above)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* In-depth knowledge of food safety, compliance, and kitchen operations
* Creativity and passion for seasonal, high-quality ingredients
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
