About the Role: We’re seeking a Mining Coordinator with extensive underground coal experience with a focus on cut and flit mining and/or gateroad development. Our Coordinators are driven, motivate others, lead by example and are critical to the delivery of a safe and productive project. About You: Minimum skills and attributes we seek for a Mining Coordinator : Experience in a similar role with a focus on UG Coal Cut & Flit and/or Development works; NSW Deputy qualifications essential ; Current S123/G2 Supervisory Statement of Attainments; Demonstrated experience leading crews, setting positive examples and assisting in team development; Has successfully planned, managed and delivered projects within agreed timeframes and budgets; Very high regard for safety with a deep understanding of statutory requirements; Ability to complete, analyse and deliver reports in agreed timeframes; An advocate for continuous improvement and setting high standards of work; Experience coaching and mentoring crews.
