As our Duty Manager you will: Be responsible for the opening and closing of our MK site. mixed shifts of Early and late DM shifts as well as sales focused shifts. Manage the site and team to ensure it's operated in a safe and secure state for our staff and members. responsible for selling of memberships as well as generating leads within their sales shifts. possibility of managing a small team. Have your say in how the site can be run and improved to meet and then exceed member expectations. Engage with members and guests to provide a welcome environment for their visit. The Person To succeed as a Duty Manager, you will need: Good interpersonal skills An eye for detail and a willingness to step up to issues head on. Ideally have customer facing experience including sales and complaints skills. Already pool attendant/Lifeguard Level 2 Qualified or willing to train towards the qualification. Experience leading small teams. selling experience Key information about the role This is a full time 40 hour position requiring shift work including earlies, late's including weekends and sales shifts working to meet the needs of the business.
