IDM has been manufacturing and fitting windows and doors for over 20 years, working predominantly with social housing landlords across Wales and the Southwest. As a steadily growing company, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our administration team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing orders
* Arranging appointments with tenants for surveys, installations, and maintenance
* Liaising with customers and providing excellent service
* Updating and maintaining customer information in our database
* Supporting general customer care
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a calm, polite, and professional approach
* Be comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel (advantageous but not essential)
* Be eager to learn – full training will be provided in our systems
* Bring strong communication and organisational skills
Previous experience in the windows and doors industry is not required.
