The Thyme family is growing and we are looking for multiple new chefs at various levels - Commis Chef, Chef de Partie and Jnr Sous Chefs - to join our burgeoning team. A member of the kitchen team across our exciting and expanding F&B offering at Thyme, you will be working alongside our Chef Director Charlie Hibbert, a true master of modern, seasonal British cooking. With an ingredient led ethos, our food is all about the best produce, cooked simply. With extensive kitchen gardens on site, you will work in close collaboration with the garden team to create truly seasonal and farm to plate dishes using picked-that-day ingredients, learning how things grow and partaking in harvests.
