Main Responsibilities Cleaning allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials including air filter and extraction systems. Ensure adherence to all food safety, health and safety policies, procedures and legislation as defined. Emptying bins, dispose of waste materials from catering areas to designated compactors Operate industrial dishwashers and glasswashers in all catering areas. Transport provisions, equipment and other catering related items as required. Always maintain clean working environment, with special regard to hygiene Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks when needed. Ideal Candidate A team player with a positive attitude.
