Our client in Park Gate is growing their legal team and is looking to recruit a Paralegal with residential property experience.
You will be focusing on property auction matters which have extremely quick turnaround times.

You will work well as part of a team, prioritise your time effectively, have excellent attention to detail and be looking to develop a successful, long-term career.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare legal documents for auction property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgages.
* Conduct title searches and review property records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Coordinate with lenders and other parties involved in the transaction to facilitate a smooth closing process.
* Prepare closing statements and settlement documents.
* Assist clients in understanding the terms and conditions of their property transactions.
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation.
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
* Proficiency in legal software and document management systems.
* Ability to work independently and meet very tight deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
