You’ll assist our People Administrator in all aspects ofteam management, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support and welfareinitiatives. Key Responsibilities - Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding,compliance, and engagement activities.- Collaborate with hiring managersto post vacancies, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure a smoothonboarding process.- Assist in organising recruitmentevents and building talent pipelines to attract local and regional talent.- Provide regular updates onrecruitment progress, open roles, team turnover, and job event planning.- Ensure compliance withright-to-work checks, DBS checks, training requirements, and contractdocumentation.- Assist with live-on checks,welcome meetings, wellbeing check-ins, and team arrival/departure organisation.- Respond efficiently to teamqueries regarding pay, schedules, and system access.- Coordinate team engagement andrecognition activities, including surveys, events, and awards.- Keep recruitment and personneldocumentation organised and up to date, supporting audits and compliancechecks.Requirements - Previous experience in HR, Recruitment, Administration, or a People Operationsrole is beneficial. - Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and multitaskingskills. - Good communication skills, with a helpful and approachable attitude. - Familiarity with HR software or systems, and a willingness to learn Haven’sspecific platforms. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functionalteams.
