Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Chelmsford
1:1 SEN Support | KS1 | Immediate Start
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in Chelmsford, providing 1:1 support for a Key Stage 1 pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The Role
* Provide 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with SEN
* Assist with learning activities and help the pupil stay engaged
* Support emotional, social, and academic development
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow support plans

* Previous experience supporting SEN pupils (essential)
* Experience working within Primary / KS1 settings
* A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
