Renishaw is seeking to recruit a Training Administrator. The role will be based in Woodchester, Gloucestershire or Miskin, South Wales, depending on the successful candidate's location.
The position provides administrative support to the Learning and Development team, responsible for delivering a range of learning materials to manufacturing personnel across Gloucestershire and South Wales.
Based at either location, your role will be crucial to the efficient operation of the team. You will work closely with trainers and coordinators from Group Learning and Development and H&S functions.
Applicants should be confident communicators with excellent organizational skills. Good PC skills are essential; experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Workday Learning) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
1. Scheduling training courses
2. Maintaining records of completed training
3. Collating and presenting training feedback
4. Compiling reports
5. Supporting admin for apprentice and graduate schemes
Key Requirements
* A minimum of GCSEs, including Maths and English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of Learning Management Systems (e.g., Workday Learning)
