Maternity Cover – Fixed Term 1 year
Scotsdales Garden Centre in Great Shelford are seeking an enthusiastic, customer, centric manager to fulfil the new role of Customer Experience Manager. This position will oversee the running of the Information Desks, and assist the Marketing team with responding to online feedback.
This role would be perfect for someone who has retail management experience, and an enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service.
Main Duties:
* Delivering the best possible customer service
* Train, mentor and manage the Information Desk team.
* General daily housekeeping
* Monitor company Social media and respond appropriately
* Support with marketing event queries, i.e. Grotto bookings, etc.
* Communicating appropriately and professionally with colleagues and customers
Requirements of the Role:
* Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team
* Work well under pressure
* Professionalism and reliability
* Good time management
* Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a drive to succeed
* Able to work using own initiative
This is a full time position, and will involve weekend working.
Rate shown is for those aged 21 and over, competitive rates for ages 18 – 20.
Job Types: Full-Time, Maternity Cover, Fixed-Term 1 year
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
Experience:

Work Schedule:
This is a full time position, and will involve weekend working.
