 
        The L&D Specialist (Trainer) will play a key role in the delivery of our flag ship training programmes, designing and delivering first-class training to our partners. We're looking for a passionate and proactive individual to join the team, supporting the Programme Directors with the design and delivery of our management and professional development programmes across the Openwork Partnership. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the learning journey of financial advice professionals, contributing to our vision of being recognised as a leader in developing a qualified and capable advice community throughout the UK. Key Accountabilities Support the continuous development of training programmes, including digitisation Collaborate with L&D Business Partner to address annual training and development needs assessment Deliver effective training materials utilising a variety of media Train Partners and their people in professional and management skills Organise and facilitate employee development and training events Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results Identify and support the modification of programmes as needed Contribute to the continuous development to our L&D approach within the business What will you need to succeed? In-depth understanding of learning and development within a Professional Services environment Financial Services experience essential Experience of working in a partnership-type environment and the associated challenges Knowledge of implementing apprenticeship schemes an advantage with a creative mindset to explore alternative methods to maximise resources and impact Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation skills Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives Ability to design and implement effective training and development interventions Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and training interventions and effect improvement where appropriate Why us?
