Personal Injury Legal Executive, 3+ Years, West Midlands / Hybrid, £Competitive (DOE) - join a highly experienced Personal Injury team and work on impactful, high-value cases where your legal expertise truly makes a difference.
Responsibilities
* Assist senior solicitors with serious injury cases across Road Traffic Accidents, Employer Liability and Public Liability
* Liaise directly with clients to build trust, manage expectations, and provide clear legal guidance
* Coordinate file setup and onboarding, ensuring a seamless client journey from the outset
* Investigate liability, gather and analyse evidence, and calculate damages accurately
* Draft legal documents including court pleadings, witness statements, and Schedules of Loss
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing a mixed personal injury caseload independently
* Strong technical knowledge of RTA, EL, and PL claims
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
* Calm, professional, and empathetic in challenging situations
* A collaborative team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
