As our client continues to grow their legacy of innovation and storytelling, they are seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing Director to lead their marketing initiatives and shape the narrative of their iconic entertainment venue.
Position Summary
The Marketing Director will drive brand awareness and audience engagement through integrated marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and meet business goals. This role is key in crafting the voice and visual identity of the show across all platforms, ensuring a powerful connection with fans and new audiences alike.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership position requiring collaboration with Sales, Revenue, Show Production, and other teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment and has a strong background in location-based entertainment or lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to boost ticket sales, guest loyalty, and brand equity.
* Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, PR, and on-site activations.
* Brand Stewardship: Maintain consistent storytelling, messaging, and branding across all channels.
* Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Revenue Management, and Show Production to enhance marketing efforts.
* Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, analyze audience data, and report on ROI to refine strategies.
* Lead and motivate a small marketing team, agencies, and vendors to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
* Stay updated on entertainment, digital, and cultural trends to introduce innovative ideas that keep the brand relevant.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in strategic marketing, preferably in location-based entertainment, live events, or lifestyle industries.
* Skills & Attributes: Proven success in marketing planning, revenue growth, brand visibility, project management, communication, creativity, and proficiency in digital tools and analytics platforms.
