Role Overview: Area Manager
As an Area Manager, your responsibilities include:
* Developing, motivating, and coaching approximately 20 Branch Managers through effective coaching, performance management, succession planning, and personal development
* Recruiting and developing key roles within the area to ensure high-caliber colleagues and a strong talent pipeline
* Fostering collaboration across all specialisms within the area to build a culture of partnership
* Engaging proactively with Branch Managers to identify local business opportunities and provide outstanding service
* Driving business strategy, sales, and growth across the area
Candidate Requirements

* Experience in the trade industry, retail, or sales operations
* Proven operational and commercial management in a multi-site environment
* Ability to manage complex issues and deliver sustainable results
