At Macmillan Publishing International Limited (MPIL) we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual with proven team leadership experience to manage our well establishedRoyalties and Subrightsteam.
As Royalties and Subrights Manager you will lead a smallteam of 5toensure the accurate reporting and payment of contractual advances and earningsis completed in a smooth and timely manner.
This role sits with our shared services function, serving the publishingdivisionsof MPIL as well as authors, illustrators and agents. We pride ourselves on our key relationships with internal and external stakeholders and as such, you will need to be a great communicator and collaborator which will go hand-in-handwith your strong analytical focus.
Alongside this, you will need to be able to interpret author contracts to ensure that they are accurately recorded in the royalty system in relation to the contractual terms, datasubmissions and royalty rules, leading to the preparation of statements and reports.
You will also be responsible for ensuring financial information arising from royalty and subrights transactions is accurately recorded in our accounting system.

Hours of work will be 8.30am-4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30 – 3.30pm Friday.
