The Opportunity
Are you a talented Chef ready to take the next step? This is your chance ! Working alongside the Head Chef who leads from the front, you’ll be part of a close-knit team with a positive work culture, known for its fresh produce and fresh baked breads.
The menu features a variety of fresh, seasonal dishes, all made and grown in-house with a Head chef that loves to train and work with his team, You’ll have creative freedom and the opportunity to contribute your own specials while helping drive high standard. The site is independantly owned so no issues when new equipment is needed.
This is calm restaurant with around 50 covers per service and a busy Sunday lunch of roughly 110 covers. The Kitchen team are friendly and passionate, there is very low staff turnover here and once you join the team you’ll understand why. It’s a friendly bunch of proffessionals (no egos) wanting to make great fresh food creating their own seasonal specials, They have a great service and go home with the ability to switch off on their days off knowing things are running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience in a Senior CDP Position / Demi Chef Role
Comfortable learning and developing themselves
A team player with a no-ego attitude and passion for quality food
Someone who loves fresh clean produce
Love creating dishes
