We are recruiting for a Clinical Support Worker on Ward 7A who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
We are a 29 bedded ward, specialising in vascular and general surgery. ward 7A is currently engaged in a reconfiguration to focus on vascular surgery. We will be the vascular network hub for East and North Herts, west Herts and Essex.
Once our reconfiguration is complete the ward will consist of 23 inpatient beds, 6 monitored level 2 beds and an outpatient vascular Rapid Access Clinic.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will assist in the assessment of health care needs by undertaking those assessment aspects that have been delegated by the registered nurse and in completion of care documentation.
The post holder will be expected to participate fully in the delivery of planned nursing care.
You will also work collaboratively with others in the ward to ensure that patients needs are met.
