Job Title: Post-16 Teaching Assistant – Southwark & Kingston upon Thames

Salary: £90–£105 per day (PAYE)
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Thursday

We’re supporting two fantastic Post-16 settings in Southwark and Kingston upon Thames that work with young adults aged 16–25 with autism, learning difficulties, and communication needs. These aren’t your typical classrooms—they’re supportive, forward-thinking environments helping students build independence, life skills, and confidence beyond school.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting learners aged 16–25 in Post-16 provisions
* Helping with communication, emotional regulation, and routine-based learning
* Supporting functional skills, vocational tasks, and real-life prep (think: travel training, cooking, shopping)
* Providing personal care and mobility support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Available full-time, Monday to Thursday (yes—four days a week!)
* Experience in SEN, care, youth work, or similar support roles
* A confident, reliable presence who connects well with young adults
* Someone ready to be hands-on, proactive, and part of a brilliant team
