You Are
* A senior Technical Architect with the ServiceNow Business Group; experienced innovator of ServiceNow-based solutions.
* Able to understand business challenges and architect system solutions with ServiceNow.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and consult, providing options with pros, cons and risks; able to offer thought leadership to sponsors and stakeholders.
* Able to undertake ongoing learning and certifications, including Certified Master Architect.
* Opportunities to access robust training and certification opportunities within the ServiceNow Business Group.
* Able to identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and work with ServiceNow account teams to progress.
* Capable of managing and mentoring teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical leadership role.
* Strong background with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies.
Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
* Lead and mentor ServiceNow Developers; participate in technical design, code and architecture reviews.
* Lead technical initiatives within the ServiceNow platform and across product lines outside ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM).
* Operate in a Technical Design Authority mode; act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.
* Demonstrate advanced scripting and integration skills (JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services); integrate ServiceNow with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Identify opportunities to add value for clients and collaborate with account teams to progress engagements.
* Possess experience in leading multi-line client projects and delivering governance, program/project management and technical solutions.
Experience & Qualifications
* Expert knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
* Certified Technical Architect; ambition to pursue Certified Master Architect if not already completed.
* Minimum 5 years leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor; implement quality standards (code and architectural reviews).
* Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
* Experience with at least 3 product lines outside ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
* Experience operating in a Technical Design Authority mode and demonstrable trusted advisor experience.
* Advanced scripting and integration skills – JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services.
* Experience integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Nice to Have
* Cloud migration experience.
* GenAI experience.
* ITILv4 or equivalent certification.
* SC clearance is desirable, or ability to obtain SC clearance.
