The Role
As a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our commercial property practice in Essex. Your responsibilities include:
* Developing and supporting the team in Essex and providing guidance to team members.
* Collaborating effectively with partners and teams across the firm.
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions and clients.
The Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with substantial commercial property experience in the Essex market who can:
* Advisory across acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leasing and development work.
* Demonstrate business development success and a strong network in the Essex business community.
* Possess a network of contacts who can instruct on future matters.
