Job Description
* Prepare and manage annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
* Analyse financial results and provide insightful commentary to stakeholders.
* Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate reporting.
* Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends for improvement opportunities.
* Provide financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.
* Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
* Worked with a planning and reporting solution in a previous role, ideally having been part of an implementation project.
* Experience of working in an FP&A role in a fast-paced business, where dealing with change is the norm, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with three to five years post-qualification experience in a relevant role.
* Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
* Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
* Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software.
* A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
