What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting teachers with lesson delivery across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 where appropriate)
Leading small-group or one-to-one intervention sessions to support student progress
Helping pupils build confidence and understanding in your specialist subject
Assisting with lesson planning, marking, and classroom organisation
Supporting behaviour management and maintaining a positive learning environment
Getting involved in wider school life through enrichment activities, clubs, or academic support sessionsWho We're Looking For:
A graduate in any subject (2:2 or above preferred)
A confident communicator with a patient, positive, and approachable manner
A genuine interest in education and working with young people
An aspiring teacher seeking valuable classroom experience
Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to making a difference
