Do you have the leadership skills and frontline experience to shape effective early-intervention practice?
We are seeking a dedicated Prevention and Diversion Coordinator to join our Youth Justice Service and play a pivotal role in reducing offending and safeguarding vulnerable young people.
About the Role

2. Hold a caseload of children subject to diversion, out-of-court and court interventions.
3. Oversee the assessment, planning, and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions.
4. Coordinate multi-agency responses that address risks, needs, and strengths to divert young people away from offending.
5. Develop strong working relationships with schools, police, social care, and community organisations to improve early identification and timely support.
6. Ensure compliance with national standards, local procedures, and best-practice guidance.
7. Undertake quality assurance and contribute to service development and performance.
