Role: General Manager (Used Car Sales Operation)
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours: Full Time - 5 days per week - flexibility required for weekend work
Pay: Basic £50,000 with £100,000 OTE
We're looking for a experienced Automotive General Manager with a track record of successfully running a Car Dealership Sales operation.
The Role:
- Leading, coaching and motivating a Car Sales team including 9 Sales Execs, 2 Selling Sales Controllers, 2 Sales Managers, 4 Valeters and 2 Handover Specialists
- Maximise used car volume and profitability
- Review Sales Process and Customer Journey, promoting an excellent customer experience consistently
- Overall responsibility for achieving site budget
The Requirements:
- Automotive experience is a must - General Manager / Dealer Principal / Head of Business level, or a highly experienced General Sales Manager with a Used Car bias, ready to take the next step in your career
- High volume / Used car background
- Strong communicator with a customer-first approach
- Full UK driving licence
