We are looking for a compassionate, driven, and skilled Clinical Deputy Manager / Nursing Home Deputy Manager to lead clinical operations and uphold the highest standards of resident care. Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Deputy Manager / Nursing Home Deputy Manager:
* Lead all aspects of clinical care across the nursing home
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and national healthcare standards
* Provide mentorship and direction to nursing and care teams
* Develop and manage person-centred care plans
* Work collaboratively with GPs, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals
* Monitor health outcomes and respond swiftly to changes in residents’ conditions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
* Act as the senior leader in the absence of the Home Manager
What We’re Looking For in a Clinical Deputy Manager / Nursing Home Deputy Manager:
* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
* Prior experience in a leadership role such as Clinical Deputy Manager / Nursing Home Deputy Manager within an elderly care or nursing home setting
* A solid understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A proactive, compassionate, and resident-focused approach
