Senior Manager, Account Partnerships - Germany

We have pioneered digital claims, resolution choices, next-day exchanges, and same-day services, and are expanding into new sectors including B2B, CE insurance, and trade-in products.

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our customer relationships in Germany. This role offers the opportunity to manage a major account, collaborate across teams in Europe and the US, and gain visibility with senior leadership. Reporting to the Director of Account Partnerships, the ideal candidate will independently manage the account, build strong relationships at all levels, and leverage analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends. The role involves travel within Germany to develop client relationships and work closely with our retail field team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the business relationship with SquareTrade's partner(s), ensuring delivery and support.
* Analyze partner data, craft compelling reports, and present insights effectively.
* Identify business trends and opportunities through data analysis.
* Use insights to influence partner meetings and drive change.
* Own the account and project delivery, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
* Collaborate with Operations teams to maintain operational excellence and service quality.
* Identify and lead strategic projects to enhance account performance.
* Support the Director on additional accounts and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

* Fluent in English and German.
* Effective communicator with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
* Experience in a highly analytical role, preferably in consulting, retail, or FMCG.
* Proven client relationship management experience.
