Major Players are working with a forward thinking independent Brand Agency to bring in a Senior Account Director for an initial maternity cover contract. This role will be critical to driving forward the agency's success. Starting in late May, this 12-month fixed-term contract offers an exciting opportunity to lead key client relationships and manage a dynamic team in the heart of London.
The Role: As a Senior Account Director, you'll take the reins on key client accounts, leading independently while nurturing a supportive team around you. Your role will require a balance of hands-on delivery and empowering others to excel. Acting as the linchpin between commercials, creative, and clients, you'll make critical decisions to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems ahead of time. Externally, you'll immerse yourself in your client's businesses and industries, becoming a trusted partner who drives relationships forward and maximises value throughout project lifecycles.
