Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (Flexible if needed)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor for a Site Administrator to join their project in Bury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a construction setting, with a focus on administrative support and document control.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative duties on-site
Assisting with document control processes (experience is desirable but not essential)
Managing and organizing project documents and records
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth project operations
Maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital
Supporting the project team with day-to-day administrative needs
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience (construction environment preferred but not required)
Knowledge or experience with document control is desirable
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive and proactive attitude
