HR Advisor – Manufacturing & Operations
Location: On-site Leigh, Greater Manchester
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to deliver a full-spectrum HR service to our Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Hygiene teams. If you're passionate about supporting people and driving operational excellence, this could be your next step.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Partnering with HRBPs and site leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support across operational teams.
* Leading recruitment and onboarding for non-management roles, coaching managers to attract and retain top talent.
* Supporting employee development, well-being, and performance initiatives, including PDPs and Project Trio.
* Advising on employee relations matters including absence, grievances, and disciplinaries—always with a root-cause mindset.
* Managing the annual salary review process and ensuring accurate payroll submissions.
* Analysing HR KPIs and driving continuous improvement through data-led insights.
* Championing SAP SuccessFactors usage and compliance.
* Building strong relationships on the shop floor—becoming the go-to HR presence for our operational teams.
What You’ll Bring:
* A collaborative, adaptable, and resilient approach with a passion for people.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with a curious and solutions-focused mindset.
* Solid understanding of UK employment law and practical HR experience.
* CIPD qualified or working towards it.
* Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is highly desirable.
