We're getting ready to open our newly refurbished venue on Bute Street, Cardiff — and we're looking for passionate Barista's to join us from day one.

The Role
This is perfect for someone with barista experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great coffee, food and service.
You'll be hands-on behind the machine, working as part of a close-knit team to create a welcoming, energetic space our customers want to return to.
What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and drinks
* Delivering friendly, genuine customer service
* Supporting the team with day-to-day running of the venue
* Assisting with opening and closing duties
* Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
* Keeping bar and service areas clean and organised
* Restocking and maintaining display standards
* Contributing to a positive and motivated team atmosphere
What We're Looking For
* Previous barista experience preferred (but great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important)
* Passion for coffee and hospitality
* A strong work ethic and reliable approach
* Calm under pressure in a busy environment
* Friendly
* Confident
* Someone who genuinely cares about customer experience
