Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Bridgend. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality components to precise specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture components
* Interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Perform routine maintenance on machinery
* Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
* Maintain a safe and organised working environment
Shift Pattern
* Monday to Thursday
* 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (rotating shifts)
* 40 hours per week
Salary & Benefits
* £39,520 per annum

* 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with service

Requirements
* Proven experience in CNC machining and machine operation
* Experience with milling techniques and machinery
* Strong quality control and inspection skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Good understanding of machinery maintenance
* High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Desirable
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Relevant training or certification in machining or a related field
