Your role The main purpose of this role will be to ensure the timely completion of all internal and external service invoices and to assist with the Customer handling process during busy times. Essential criteria for the position includes: Motor Industry administration experience Basic mechanical understanding Knowledge of Autoline Drive or Kerridge A commitment to proving excellent customer service. Willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with product information. Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills. Ability to work autonomously. An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality. Team player that offers help and support to others. Your profile Motor Industry administration and manufacturer warranty experience is desirable along with a friendly disposition and the ability to work well within a team environment.
