About the Midday Assistants Team
The Midday Assistants Team plays a vital role in the school day. They are friendly, caring, and dependable, ensuring children are safe, happy, and well‑supported during lunchtime. From assisting younger pupils with meals to encouraging positive play and behaviour in the playground, the team creates a calm and welcoming environment where every child feels valued. They work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to maintain high standards of care and supervision, always prioritising pupils’ wellbeing.
