About the Role: Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator manages all aspects of administrative work for new business mobilisations, supporting Business Development Managers. Additionally, they support Account Managers with existing business mobilisations, optimisations, and demobilisations.
Your Core Responsibilities
1. Follow all auditable procedures (such as checklists) and ensure they are completed within specified deadlines.
2. Find solutions for sites where Biffa cannot service directly and liaise with Supply Chain to find profitable subcontracted work.
3. Import data from Excel into the in-house database.
4. Set up new and amend existing contracts and purchase orders.
5. Liaise with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to meet customer needs during mobilisation.
6. Communicate with customers at Head Office and Site levels.
7. Maintain updated records of all projects within shared folders, including revenue details on mobilisation schedules.
Minimum Requirements
* Administrative experience with a customer-focused attitude.
* Resilience and ability to work effectively towards KPIs.
* Confidence in using Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
