Are you an experienced and confident Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding KS1 role after Easter? Reed Education are working with a well-established primary school in the DN4 area, seeking a dedicated TA to support their Key Stage 1 team on a full-time basis.
About the Role
* Supporting teaching and learning across KS1
* Working with groups and individuals to raise attainment
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
* Providing targeted SEN and EAL support
* Occasionally stepping up to deliver class teaching when required
* Collaborating closely with teachers and the wider academy trust

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has solid experience within KS1
* Is confident leading small groups and supporting whole-class learning
* Is comfortable taking the lead with class teaching when needed
* Understands a wide range of SEN needs
* Has strong knowledge and experience supporting EAL learners
* Is reliable, proactive and passionate about primary education
