We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Southeast London, who are looking to appoint a Housing Officer on a temporary basis until July 2026.
This will be a full-time position based in Bellingham, with 1 day working from home and a negotiable rate up to £26UMB.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Housing Officer role, particularly in tenancy management
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Managing a patch of around 500 properties
2. Handling anti-social behaviour (ASB) disputes
3. Signing notices and carrying out court action
4. Undertaking probationary visits
5. Completing mutual exchanges and successions
Experience required:
6. Tenancy management
7. Understanding the general responsibilities of a Housing Officer
8. Previous use of CRM systems
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
9. Knowledge on the allocations process
10. Familiarity with social housing tenancy agreements
11. ASB procedures and escalation processes
12. Knowledge of relevant policies
