The Role:
You will handle a varied and interesting caseload including:
Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney
Probate & Estate Administration
Court of Protection matters
Trusts (depending on experience)
You will receive hands-on supervision, structured training, and excellent development opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
Strong interest in private client law
Solid training seat or paralegal experience in private client
Friendly, client-focused approach
Strong communication and organisational skills
