This is a key hire for the business and offers long-term stability with a secured pipeline of projects extending well beyond the next five years. You'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple complex electrical infrastructure projects (typically up to £40M in value), while also leading and mentoring a small team of junior Project Managers. The Role As Lead Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of your portfolio-managing projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover. You'll coordinate internal teams, engage with clients, and ensure that delivery meets all quality, safety, and commercial targets. Key responsibilities include: Leading the planning and execution of electrical infrastructure and grid connection projects Acting as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and supply chain partners Managing project delivery across all phases-mobilisation, execution, and close-out Leading and developing a small team of Project Managers Ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget Regular site visits and travel across the UK as required What You'll Need This role suits someone with a strong background in energy, utilities, or electrical infrastructure. You'll need to be confident managing high-value engineering projects, ideally in the renewable or power sector.
