Key Responsibilities: Lead and Supervise Production Schedule Plan & Allocate workloads, Monitor performance and main productivity across the workshop Have the ability to read and understand Technical drawings and ensure products are manufactured to drawing specification and within the time allowed Ensure compliance with Quality standards, carry out inspections and manage documentation & traceability Promote and enforce Health & Safety and complete weekly Health & Safety Inspections Manage Consumables and equipment, including estimation, ordering & storage Communicate with management, Report andy issues, Areas of improvements to management and report the days activities to management Communicate with customers and suppliers Essential Criteria: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team. Strong leadership skills with a background in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and management. Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve production challenges. A deep understanding of production processes and equipment.
