As Client Services Manager, you will:
Manage a portfolio of SME and owner-managed clientsLead, coach, and develop a team of accountants and traineesDeliver proactive advice and ensure compliance with standardsCollaborate with senior leadership to enhance client serviceIdentify growth opportunities and strengthen client relationshipsThe Successful Applicant
A successful Client Services Manager should have:
ACA or ACCA qualified with proven practice experienceSkilled in managing client portfolios and leading teamsStrong technical knowledge and advisory capabilityExcellent communication and leadership skillsTech-savvy and proactive mindsetAble to commute to Stoke-on-TrentWhat's on Offer
