Job Description
We are looking for a qualified dispensing optician to join our friendly and knowledgeable team.
You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, providing expert dispensing advice, and helping patients find frames that suit both their visual needs and personal style.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a high level of customer care
* Assist with frame styling and lens recommendations
* Dispense spectacles accurately and confidently
* Manage repairs, adjustments and aftercare
* Maintain excellent product knowledge
* Work effectively as part of a small, supportive team to support the daily running of the practice including administration, stock organisation and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
